SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow us time to process your order.

Bundles and lace systems can take up to 5 days to be processed. Once processed, the shipment duration is 2-3 working days. 

Custom ready to wear units have a processing and shipping time of 7-21 days. 

Once your order has been shipped out, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available and 3-5 days to receive your order.

We offer standard shipping for orders across the UK. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods. In the event that your package is stolen, Please contact the shipping courier and file a claim. Can we advise that you take necessary precaution whilst entering personal and delivery details to afford disappointment.
